Dispute a review or a price
If something we publish about your clinic is factually wrong, tell us and we'll look at it properly.
What this is for
Use this to raise a review that contains a verifiable false statement of fact, a review that breaks our rules, a reviewer you can't verify was ever a client, a review or figure that belongs to a different clinic, or pricing we've attributed to you that is wrong.
What it isn't. We don't remove a review because it is negative, and we don't remove content on the strength of a legal threat or a demand letter. A truthful account of a bad experience is a protected opinion, and we say so in our terms. If your concern is copyright rather than accuracy, use the DMCA process instead.
What happens next
We'll acknowledge your dispute within 5 business days, and complete our review within 30 business days of receiving a complete submission. During that time we may contact the person who left the review to ask for a response. We'll tell you our decision in writing. Our editorial decisions are final, and we won't disclose the identity of a reviewer at any stage.
File a dispute
Start from your clinic's own page so we know which listing you mean. Find your clinic in the directory, then use the dispute link there. If you can't find your listing, email reviews@fairvethq.com.
