Injections dosed by your pet's weight (such as Cytopoint or Convenia), liquids and ointments priced by volume, and compounded medications. Their price per unit depends on a dose most bills don't print, so any figure we gave would be a guess. A medication given in the clinic during a visit is part of that visit's procedure cost.
